Angels Cut – CRAZY TOUR STORIES

In this Crazy Tour Stories segment, the hard rock band, Angels Cut, talks about a few of their wild stories from touring. You can check out the feature, after the break.

Utah: Our last time out we were supporting Rehab and the first show was in Kansas. We’re from California so it was a hike. Everything was going pretty smooth until we hit eastern Colorado and the mother of all snowstorms hits. Complete whiteout. like, no road whatsoever. We were in an RV with a trailer bombing across Antarctica. late for show 1. Everyone was bricking. I think it was Mike who decided to cook hotdogs for us all to calm the nerves. It backfired however when too much of his special cooking sauce, I think it’s either whiskey or kerosene, caught the Rv kitchenette on fire. Flames were like, licking the ceiling. Ah, nothing like driving through a blizzard on fire.

Steph: I don’t know if crazy is the word, but we met a guy just the other night who blew me away. He came to get some stuff signed after the show and told us this story. He had a grandma who was close to passing. I guess she had a few days to live. He told her about the band and showed her a video and stuff. She said she loved our music and wished she could see us. She passed away the day before the show, and this guy said he thought we brought her some happiness right at the end. I mean wow. Crazy. We were all holding back tears at the merch booth after that one.
