3 Pill Morning – 2nd ROAD BLOG from Fall U.S. Tour with 12 Stones

3 Pill Morning, the rock band from Minneapolis, will be doing a Road Blog exclusively for us while they are on their current tour with 12 Stones and The Letter Black. After the break, you can find the band’s lead singer, Jeff Stebbins’, second blog entry.

9/15/2012  Rhinelander, WI @ Elbo Room.  Saturday night and it’s time for some rock and roll.  Got into town early enough to hit the Anytime Fitness and get a workout in and ready for the night ahead.  The Elbo Room is a cool club that’s got a great set of music fans and the crowd was a lot of fun.  Got a chance to hang out and party after the show with fans and play some darts and of course…drink that Wisconsin fav:  Apple Pie Shot.  Good Stuff!  We just got our new Vinyl for ‘Black Tie Love Affair’ and people are pickin’ that up quick!

9/17/2012  Sauget, IL @ Pop’s.   After a relaxing Sunday off and  a lot of football watched at BW’s, we’re ready to hit Pop’s, one of the premier music clubs close to St. Louis.  Despite some torrential rains from time to time, the Monday music crowd came out, we laughed, we cried, we rocked.  Can’t say enough how cool this three band package is with The Letter Black and 12 Stones.  We’re having a blast out here!

9/18/2012  Lansing, MI @ The Loft.  Hangin’ in Michigan is always a blast, lot’s of music fans.  The Loft is not just a cleaver name as it is up several flights of stairs, which even with an elevator was a grueling decathlon load in, but a cool club.  We had a good show and 12 Stones rocked it!

9/19/2012  Louisville, KY @ Vernon Club.  Busy night of music with a six band bill, so people definitely got their money’s worth.  The Vernon Club is below a bowling alley, so needless to say, we had a no holds barred bowling tourney after the show.  Trent won a game and Charlie won a game, so now I will never hear the end of it.  Need to find another bowling alley to win at and shut them up :).

9/20/2012  Dayton, OH @ McGuffy’s.  Very cool music venue that we can’t wait to get back too.  The Thursday crowd was energetic and made everyone rock like crazy.  Awesome performances by The Letter Black and 12 Stones!   I got a chance to hit the stage with 12 Stones and perform “Infected” and that was a damn good time.  The party ensued and we played bags or “Corn Hole” until the wee hours of the morning.  The guys are passed out in the bunks and we’re off to Lima, OH!
