My dream tour starts like this:
Roaming through the deep South of the United States opening for Bonnie Raitt (blues powerhouse/forever idol/woman of worship). Getting a lesson in the blues and seeing the impact that she has had on so many generations would be ultimately humbling, to say the least. As we start to make our way West, we’ve got the opening slot at Red Rocks with Vulfpeck featuring the songwriting savant Theo Katzman. Widely regarded as one of the most beautiful music venues in the world, why not open for one of the most killing bands? Afterward, moving up through California, playing LA rooftops, San Diego house shows San Francisco jazz clubs and stopping for a break in the Redwoods. In the Pacific Northwest, we meet up with the Canadian-born icon Neil Young. He takes us on his Canada tour, touching the hearts of thousands of people each night and giving us life lessons along the way. We travel East and upon hitting the coast of Quebec we take off for the UK.
Laura Marling is touring a new project. After an impressive discography under her own name and her collaboration of LUMP she’s on to something new and it’s just as captivating as the one before. We travel through the UK with her, hitting Glastonbury and Latitude Festival playing alongside James Blake and other inspirations. At a festival, we meet members of Unknown Mortal Orchestra and fly to New Zealand to play their homecoming show with them. Since we are in the same corner of the world we head to Australia for a short and sweet listening room tour, including jams with members of Hiatus Kaiyote, Tame Impala and King Gizz. Wow, what are the chances?
After the wildest tour of our lives, we head back home. When we get there, the prolific Margaret Glaspy invites us to join her on the road up to Newport Jazz Fest. But first, we play an intimate show with Emily King in her hometown, NYC. Then onward to New England with Glaspy as she imparts some of her songwriting wisdom onto the undeserving me. At Newport Jazz Festival, we perform and witness Alabama Shakes, Big Thief and Lucius take the stage. Humbled, exhausted, and in love with everything, we go record our next album.

Keep up with her on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter!
