My first concert ever was when I was eight years old. My Dad was a DJ in college and is very passionate about music. Because of this, I have been to hundreds of concerts in my lifetime. He definitely made sure to start it all off with a bang. The first concert I ever went to was The B-52’s! I’m sure you’ve all heard of a little old (place) song called “Love Shack.”
The beginning of the concert started out with Fred Schneider coming on stage and asking where everyone was. He pulled a pink toy walkie-talkie out of his pocket and started paging the band and the next thing you know you had all variations of go-go dancers coming down in cages from the ceiling! Being so young I don’t remember all of it but I know I loved the concert and it really started off my love for experience concerts; concerts that are more than just sound-based but a whole visual experience as well.

Keep up with her on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
