Churchill – TOUR TIPS

This set of Tour Tips was written by the alternative/rock band, Churchill. You can check out their top five tips on how to tour, after the break.

1. Good tunes/good reads.
Having a variety of music on the road is great when you have lots of long drives and having a great book to read helps pass the road time.
2. Football.
One of the best decisions we ever made was buying a football at a store in San Diego. At almost very gas station we stop and toss the pigskin.
3. Healthy food.
It’s easy to get into a groove of eating gross fast food when you have to eat out all the time. It may taste good… But it’s not worth it! It’s never a bad idea to ask fans what the best local restaurant is!
4. Positivity, ie. ‘goofin’ at each other’.
Being positive and encouraging to each other on the road is the best way. To keep everything going well! Cracking jokes and goofing around with each other can go a long way.
5. Don’t forget to fill up the tank!
Running out of gas on the road is the worst, but if you do run out, make sure you have triple a and they will make sure you don’t die or starve in your gas-less van!
