CLT DRP – DREAM TOUR + TOUR ANNOUNCEMENT

WOW! DREAM TOUR! We are gonna milk this one. It would be a 4-band package consisting of The Prodigy, Peaches, Brooke Candy and us… can you imagine? Each of these bands has made a huge impact on us individually and we would learn so much from seeing acts of such caliber each night. In a dream scenario, by the end of the tour, we would end up collaborating and sharing the stage with each other.

We would be traveling around in a Marchi Mobile Element Palazzo – R43 288 200. It would be pimped out with synths and electric drum machines, so we can carry on writing on the road and carry on the party. For backline, Daph would have a hybrid kit consisting of a Drummers Workshop drumkit with Zildjian cymbals and Roland TD-17KVX Electronic Drum Kit. I (Scott) would have a Hydrive bass amp and cabs with two Laney gh100r heads going through Orange cabs. Annie would be in like a cage of monitors so for maybe the first time ever she can hear herself and not be drowned out by mine and Daphne’s awful noise.

I think we would want to travel the whole of the world, but we do four days on three days off. That way we never get burnt out and we’re always able to give 100% for every show. It also allows to explore the culture, sightsee and taste the amazing food of these places that we visit. I think one of the frustrating things for bands when on the road is that sometimes you only see the tour bus and the venue… That’s it! Plus, we get to hang out with our idols in mad parts of the world!
