In this Preshow Rituals segment, the singer-songwriter, Dan Croll, shares what he does before every show. You can check out his rituals, after the break.

Apart from sacrificing lambs, I don’t really have a pre-show ritual, but what I do believe is that if your tum tum isn’t happy then you’re not going to fully enjoy the show.

A good meal before a show is crucial, and the portion size is just as important. Too much and you run the danger of a food coma and being dragged down on stage, too little and you’re not going to make it through to the end of the set.

I usually try and aim for something Thai, there’s always something nice and fresh about it, plus a bit of spice is great for clearing those vocal chords.

Apart from that we drink beer and laugh always helps before a show.
