In this Tour Pranks segment, the singer-songwriter, dePresno, shares some pranks that have happened on tour. You can check out the feature, after the break.

My bands bass player is afraid of flying. Well, at least we say he is.

It all started with him having trouble sleeping before early flights. Who can blame him? But, he also had issues sleeping on the plane. After some time we started teasing him quite a bit about his nonexistent fear of flying and it all peaked on our way to Germany.

When we boarded I was the first in line, and that never happens. I ran down the aisle towards the nearest flight attendant. “My friend sitting next to me on seat 23A is really scared of flying so I wondered if you could come over and say a few comforting words before we take off?”

When everyone was seated she came over and calmly explained to him that he had nothing to be afraid over. He was too confused to correct her “mistake” so she continued: if any scary noises should frighten him he could call for them and she would help him explain and calm him down. All this while I’m literally crying my eyes out from laughing too hard in the seat next to him.

I was quite happy with that one.
