Doll Riot - FIRST CONCERT EVER

When I was young my mom and dad took me to go see their friends band the Creepy Creeps. They opened up for the Vandals at The Observatory in North Park. I remember at the time I didn’t really know who the Vandals were apart from their song Urban Struggle, which my dad would always play.

I remember standing in the back with my parents when the Vandals went on, I was watching all the people on the floor forming a pit and I was fascinated by it. I kept telling my dad I wanted to go down there, but I was far too young so I just watched from the back.

That was my first concert ever and first exposure to a mosh pit and I was in love with it, to this day the Vandals mean a lot to me because of this experience.
