Downfall Of Gaia – PRESHOW RITUALS

We don’t have any fixed group ritual. I would say all of us prepare a bit different for the show. Usually, all of us enjoy a beer and a cigarette before all of the action is happening. Nothing special at all. If possible, I do stretch and try to warm up my voice. Especially when a tour is in its early days. Things can get pretty painful if your body isn’t used to it anymore because you didn’t tour for a longer time or something like that. There was never a tour without any bodily defects. So I try to obviate. Besides that, I always try to stay hydrated. All of this is not much, but it definitely helps me to get through a longer tour.
