Elyne – CRAZY TOUR STORIES

In this Crazy Tour Stories segment, the metalcore band, Elyne, shares one of their stories from being on the road. You can check out the story, after the break.

Through beers and blood. This is a good name for this funny episode.

It happened during the second leg of “The Broken Faith Tour” in Europe and we were headlining an indoor Festival in Germany. It was an awesome event with bands playing all day long.

We were aware that our set would have been very late that day, so we started to chill out with people and drink some beers. Finally, it was midnight and we were ready to start off our set. The crowd was excited and hyped for the show but some people were really really drunk. During the show, after few crowd surf, one guy (who was actually really drunk) lost his shoes somewhere on the stage, and he jumped in the pit and apparently, he kinda disappeared during the last part of our set.

After our show, we went to the backstage to change ourselves but we noticed some bloody footprint and a lot of blood everywhere. That was actually pretty scary. It’s important to point out that the backstage was located in an underground floor of the Club, and there was a sort of a big window with some stairs that were used for load-in and load-out.

We thought we would found him on a sofa literally dying but none was in there. The bloody footprints were all the way up on the stairs and again out of the window in the parking lot.

That was really weird, funny and creepy at the same time.
