Emergency Tiara – PRESHOW RITUALS

In this Preshow Rituals segment, the pop artist, Emergency Tiara, shares what she does before every show. You can check out her rituals, after the break.

On the day of the show, I try to sleep in as much as I can but I never succeed because my cat wakes me up, she headbutts me every morning. After waking up, I do my everyday rituals, feed my babies (a cat and a dog), healthy breakfast with hubby, stretch, check emails and social media. Then I check my packing list, dresses, suits, merchandise, wigs, shoes…

Ideally, I would like to warm up my voice before leaving home but I am often just dashing out of the door with a large red Boston bag heading to the venue. So I warm up in a cab, sorry drivers!

Once I get to the green room at the venue, usually, my dear friend/ HMU artist Mila is waiting for me with her arms wide open! Also, my ET singing tiara ladies join me to get some Milaʼs magical spells casted on us. While we are getting prettied up, we also have to eat! I cannot remember since when, but we always get some delivery sushi as our pre-show meal, itʼs filling, not too heavy, and vegan-friendly! We also go over our choreographies, harmonies, and all other details of the shows during this time.

When the ladies are close to being ready, the ET boys also join us to change into their powder blue velvet suits! I love this moment every time, the ET familyʼs gathering!

Our playlists in our green room are always something exciting, energetic and uplifting like Spice girls, Bruno Mars, Madonna, Tower of Power etc!

While the ET boys are setting up on the stage looking very handsome, the ET tiara ladies and I hold hands and tell each other how hard we have worked, how amazing we are, how much we love each other and all we do now is to have the best time on the stage with all of the audiences!
