Emma Kelly – FIRST CONCERT EVER

In this First Concert Ever segment, the electro pop artist, Emma Kelly, talks about the story of her first experience with live music. You can check out the story, after the break.

I grew up listening to a wide range of different artists from different genres which hasn’t changed as I’ve gotten older I don’t like the thought of only liking music from one genre.

I was obsessed with S Club 7 as a kid and was lucky to go to their last tour in 2003 when S club juniors were their support act. I went with people from school and our mums and I remember being seated right at the top of the arena as they all looked like ants on the stage.

I was so young but I remember the atmosphere just being like nothing I had experienced before, my mum bought me a light-up headband and I remember jumping the night away. Looking back I know I want to give shows to people that feel as on top of the world I did that night.
