Fable Cry – TOUR TIPS

In this Tour Tips segment, Jo Clearly of the theatrical scamp rock band, Fable Cry, gives you their tips for being on tour. You can check out the feature, after the break.

1. If possible, make sure that you can sleep wherever you fall in the van. I channel the inner child who loved pillow forts. Throw blankets and pillows around until that crummy van seat is turned into a comfort castle.

2. Make a mental map of all the Wal-Marts nearby. You never know when Mr. Sandman will make his move. If you’re feeling drowsy, pull over and sleep.

3. Baby wipes are boxed showers. Obviously, a shower is preferable but the wipes are a quick and easy way to feel a little fresher than when you woke up.

4. Make sure you have a Scott Fernandez.

5. Make sure the band is regularly calling out “Who has the van key!” Keys get traded and moved around a lot while on the road. Its good to make a habit of calling out for the keys.
