In this Preshow Rituals segment, the country music trio, Fairground Saints, reveals what they do before taking the stage. You can check out what they do, after the break.

Our preshow ritual is all about being seen, heard, valued and recognized as a significant part of the whole! A weird team-building exercise, but, here we go. Here’s a quick 4 Step process!
1 – Get yourselves in a huddle. Arms on shoulders.
2 – each team member places their dominant leg in the center. Preferably with toes touching. Depending on the number of participants it should make a sort of…Star? Fun!
3 – on a variable scale of 1-10 choose a number of center facing leg lunges you will be doing. The number is based on the perceived difficulty of the show. The higher the number, the harder you think the show will be. All knees must touch on each consecutive lunge and eye contact must be made with every team member if possible.
4 – after the leg lunges are completed, all team members must place their dominant hand in the center, proverbially place all of their anxieties and fears into the hand huddle, and raise all hands to the ceiling in a ceremonial release of said fears and anxieties. Go team!
There you have it! A Fairground Saints preshow ritual that you AND your friends/teammates can do anytime, anywhere. Cheers!
