First Decree Makes Fish Tacos – COOKING AT 65MPH Ep. 9 [VIDEO]

In this episode of Cooking at 65mph, the rock band, First Decree, prepares some fish tacos, on their RV, while on tour with Alien Ant Farm and Hed PE. You can watch the video, after the break.
Equipment:
Stove or electric burner
Knife
Spoon
Tongs
Skillet
Ingredients:
Tilapia – 1 fillet
Vegetable oil – 1-2 tablespoons
Lemon pepper – to taste
Garlic powder – to taste
Black pepper – to taste
Cayenne pepper – to taste
Corn tortillas – 2
Cheese – 1/2 cup
Sour cream – 2 tablespoons
Salsa – 3 tablespoons
Lime – 1
Cooking Directions (demonstrated in the video):
1. Spray or coat your skillet with vegetable oil.
2. Turn on the stove to preheat your skillet
3. Place your fish onto the skillet.
4. Coat the top half of the fish with all of your garlic powder, black pepper, lemon pepper and cayenne pepper, to taste.
5. Flip the fish when the side being cooked is brown and flaky.
6. Cook the other side of the fish until it is brown and flaky.
7. Clean off skillet.
8. Heat up your tortillas on the skillet, until they are to your liking.
9. Cut up your fish and place half of the fillet onto each tortilla.
10. Add your cheese, sour cream and salsa evenly onto both tacos.
11. Cut your lime in half and squeeze a half onto each taco.
12. Try to enjoy eating without being messy!
