Weirdly I actually thought about this not that long ago. James Brown would be the opener. I’ve watched his live shows on Youtube and he brings a different kind of energy. Full band on stage with everyone so in the zone, having a great time. I think as an opener this would get everyone going, would be a special moment.
Amy Winehouse would be my second act. Amy Winehouse’s voice has always been vocal that stands out for me. Sadly I never saw her live but from watching her performances online I know it would’ve been a great performer. Her music is still a big Inspiration for me.
Changing up the dynamic with the next one. Eminem would be next. Since the age of 14 I was hooked on his album ‘The Eminem Show’. His passion and emotions cut through his lyrics so hard. Plus I remember getting the ‘Up In Smoke’ tour dvd one Christmas and that show looked mad… would go off.
Choosing the closing act is tough. But these guys were a big part of my music listening when growing up. I remember on weekends me and my dad would go for drives and have the music so loud I would come back and my ears would be ringing. Linkin Park. For me one of the greatest bands. Such a mix of genres in their music always pushes the limits. Would be unreal to watch them live. Their set would close with ‘In The End’.
