Free Energy – TOUR TIPS

1. Know where the nearest Local Natural Foods Co-Op is at. Barring that, hit Whole Foods. It’s expensive, but you gotta stay healthy on the road or you won’t enjoy it.

2. Find the local Fair Trade Espresso coffee joint. Every city’s got one now days, and bad coffee will tweak ya.

3. Support the local Vegan/Vegetarian restaurant in the town you’re playing! Check happycow.com for good leads!
Barring that, find a place that serves locally raised and sourced meat.

4. Read everyday. Read the newspaper, a book, a PDF, whatever, just don’t stare into space like a zombie. You have an incredible opportunity to apply your free time for constructive ends.

5. Use Priceline to get good deals on decent hotels. There are too many hotels built right now…Advantage: You.
