In this Dream Tour segment, the metalcore band, Frontières, reveals who they would want on their ultimate tour lineup. You can check out their picks, after the break.
We are Frontières from Quebec city and here are the three artists we would love touring with!
Fit for a King: Having seen them quite a few times, their energy on stage and sound live is incredible. They have been a huge inspiration in the past 5 years in the metalcore genre and have redefined the style in their own fashion. Their album Deathgrip and Dark Skies had us mosh at a lot of shows in the past few years! They have the ability to be catchy, heavy while having their own sound, which is so hard nowadays with all the artists out there. They really succeeded in making a name for themselves.
August Burns Red: ABR have been one if not the biggest metalcore band of the last 10-15 years. They have been one of the first bands that made us listen to the heavier side of metal. Their album Thrill Seeker and Messengers have a lot of songs we learned while in high school! It brings back a lot of good memories of when we started playing music. Their sound is unique; you simply know it when it’s an ABR song even when you have never heard the song. They are all really skilled musicians and have always been really creative blending a lot of musical styles.
Architects: They have so many crazy albums and songs. Their stage presence is completely insane. Their melodies, combined with the catchiness of their songs are what have made them one of the biggest names out there. They are one of the only, if not the only, in our opinion, bands that has been able to pull amazing albums every time. They just never disappoint.
