Get Excited For Vans Warped Tour 2016 With Old Wounds

The drummer, Brandon Gallagher, of the hardcore band, Old Wounds, lets you know what bands he’s most excited to see on Warped Tour this summer. You can check out his picks, after the break.

Every Time I Die
The most obvious answer. I’ve been a huge ETID fan since I started getting into heavier music, and the fact that we’ll have the opportunity to tour with them this summer is way surreal. The new songs they’ve been teasing online sound awesome, so I’m stoked to see them pull a couple out on the tour.

Safe To Say
These dudes are on our stage, and I’m pretty stoked to check them out. I’ve been jamming their EP a bunch lately, and it gives me a real cool Brand New vibe. I’m also finding out that we have a lot of mutual friends, so I’m sure we’re going to be kicking it with them a bunch.

Capsize
We’ve become really good friends with these dudes, so I’m most excited to have some good friends on the tour. They’re also about to release a really awesome record this summer, so I’m stoked to see them playing these songs every day. I’m excited to see what they achieve as a band, and I think it’s going to start with Warped.

Cruel Hand
We come from the same hardcore world as Cruel Hand, so I’m excited to see what energy they bring to the tour. Their latest record might be my favorite thing they’ve done, so I’m definitely excited to see them rip them live. We’re also doing a couple days to and from Warped with them, so I’m sure we’ll become close with those dudes as well.

Motionless In White
I’ve never had an opportunity to see them live before, but after the last couple of wild support tours they’ve done, I’m sure they have quite the live show. It’s also nice to know they we have some fellow pale goth dudes on the tour who will want to avoid the sun just as bad as we do.
