Get Excited For Vans Warped Tour 2016 With I See Stars

Warped tour is always a one of a kind occasion. Especially when you’ve been a band as long as we have and have been able to build so many relationships with your peers. So when someone asks me what bands I am excited to see I can’t help but mention mainly my friends. I am beyond pumped to see The Word Alive play some Dark Matter this summer. I’ve done more tours with those guys probably more than any band in my career and it never gets old. All those guys are excillent musicians and friends as well

Speaking of friends I am also looking forward to finally touring with Issues. There are not many bands trying to pull electronic and aggressive rock together like our two bands. So I always embrace the opportunity to share a tour with bands up for the challenge like us. Plus Tyler and I always have a blast together!

Tsunami Bomb has a special place in my heart. The very first time I had ever even heard the name “Warped Tour” was when my oldest brother Mike gave me the 2003 compilation CD. I thought there was something so kickass about a female vocalist that sang my kind of music. So I am honored to be hoping on a warped with that crew!

Sum 41 & New Found Glory for so many obvious reasons. But I will say that those two bands were on an old CD that my friends and I use to jam before we had a wild night out. I can’t say for sure that the music is what fueled the crazy nights entirely. But they definitely played a strong wrong in boosting the morale.

Every Time I Die’s “The Big Dirty” & “Hot Damn” were two of my all time favorite albums. I’ve played shows with them before and they always bring it. I also perfected my guitar skills to “No Son Of Mine” and my guitar hero skills to “The New Black.”
