In this Dream Tour segment, the metalcore band, Godzend, reveals who they would want on their ultimate tour lineup. You can check out their picks, after the break.

We decided to talk bout our Dream Tour.
If we could choose anyone, who would we choose and why? Well, our dream tour roster would be Korn, Periphery, Slipknot, and HellYeah!
Why? Well for starters, these are the bands that we’ve looked up to in the past and present. Our sound is influenced by the bands and we’ve been told we sound like them. When everything started we never knew where this was going to take us, but today thank God the band has survived 14 years doing what we love to do! We’ve survived 2 breakups, have had over 4 different lineups for which only 3 of the original members still stand. Over the past few years we’ve improved our sound to become to be more solid and people tell us you sound like Slipknot with Korn and a little of Mudvayne. That’s why being able to tour with them would mean the world for us!
We admire Korn for their sound, but what makes Korn so unique are there shows! They are so packed with energy that you feel you are part of there music and, of course, it feels your listening to their records, but live! We feel that we could learn about their discipline to take our shows to the next level.
Slipknot, we love those guys for the way they perform. Another thing we love about them is the gear they use to sound so sublime. We’ve managed to get some of the gear the guys promote and all the tips they say about how they use them are totally legit.
When we talk about Periphery we are talking about the next level. Where can we head to with our sound, where is music
going in the coming years. These guys influence us and are our ticket to the next generation of metal. Clean, precise, and solid sound, that’s what we think when we listen to these guys. Getting to know them will fully blow and open our minds.
Talking about Mudvayne is like talking about our teenage years because we listened to their complexity of composing music back in the day. Today, we still use some techniques they used to use when we make our music.
Well, that’s our take on who we would choose for our dream tour! Thanks for reading!
