In this Preshow Rituals segment, Zack, vocalist the metal band, GR/EF, reveals what he does before taking the stage. You can check out the rituals below:

1) Warm up by screaming as hard as you can till it hurts then I know you're ready to go

2) Gargle vodka to make sure your throat is nice and lubricated

3) Think of every person you hate and picture them in the crowd

4) Kick at least one guitarist in the hand to make sure they're as pissed off as you

5) Be kind to the sound guy cause he's your best mate right now
