Haunter - DREAM TOUR
Join us as Haunter reveals who they would want on their ultimate tour lineup.
In this Dream Tour segment, Enoma, from the alternative pop/rock band, Haunter, reveals who he would want on his ultimate tour lineup. You can check out their picks below:
I have thought about this so much. I would literally love to tour with the following artists: Paramore, Chvrches, The Aces, and Valley. If there were a way for our band to tour with our actual influences it would be a dream (pun intended) come true.
Paramore: Iconic. Simply iconic. Anyone and everyone in a band should want to play with Paramore as often as humanly possible. Their live show can’t be beat. I believe they truly come alive when performing. The songs are insane but seeing the level of musicianship that Hayley, Zac, and Taylor be celebrated like that every night…SHEESH. I feel we’d have to practice before every single set just to make sure we kept up with them. Everyone that plays in Paramore is just so talented. Plus, maybe Hayley would like Lucy jump on stage and sing a song or two with them. Seeing those two powerhouse vocalists perform together…YES.
Chvrches: There would be no Haunter if not for Chvrches. They are the biggest direct influence to our band. When I started Haunter I just really discovered Chvrches through some mutual friends and immediately fell in love. There was something about Lauren’s melodic vocals paired with the big synths on their record “Every Open Eye” that had a hold of me. I couldn’t stop listening and studying how they were able to create these amazing modern pop songs but use almost vintage sounds. While our songs aren’t very synth heavy, the ones that are were born because of our love of this band. It would be the honor of a life time to our with them.
Valley: So we are clearly in our Alternative Pop-Rock bag with being madly in love with The Aces and Valley. Our guitar player Mike, turned me on to Valley. Usually he and I have a few bands in common but we are pretty different in our sensibilities. Valley, however, is some beautiful common ground. We just saw them live for my birthday and I was absolutely blown away. The whole show was a vibe, they immediate took control of the crowd and every just let loose of their inhibitions. The crowd was dancing and singing their hearts out. Valley also has crazy musicianship in their band because several members switched instruments and I loved that. Any band that can pull that off is top notch in my eyes.
