High Dive Heart – DREAM TOUR

In this Dream Tour segment, the pop duo, High Dive Heart, let you know who they would like on their ultimate tour lineup. You can check out the feature, after the break.

Our dream tour would be a gypsy caravan of technicolor sound with Coldplay, Radiohead, John Mayer and Macklemore & Ryan Lewis. Each act would have its own stage in a big circle and the crowd would
be standing in the middle illuminated by an infinite spectrum of colored lights. The 5 stages would be connected and the members of each band would be able to join the other stages for a wild collaboration of improvised jamming and harmonization.

If this technology existed by then, the stages could be slowly rotating throughout the show, so the crowd could almost stay still, facing the same direction no matter who was playing. That being said, it might be cooler having them moving around throughout the night as well, though. It could be like an ocean of light moving in and out like the tides.

The structure might go something like this: Each band plays 3 or 4 songs and then the band on the next stage does the same as the sound goes around and around in a giant circle of songs. All the lights would be futuristic and would be able to overlay and blend the colors like paintbrushes. Each stage would also have a giant screen behind it with vivid visuals morphing and moving with the music. That’s just a sketch of something spectacular in our minds!
