Janus – TOUR TIPS

Rock/alternative band, Janus, have written a set of awesome Tour Tips for you guys to learn from. You can check them out after the break.

1.  Plan ahead with meals.  There is nothing open late when the show is over that is worth eating.  If the venue has food for you, make a plate and save it for later.  There may well be vegetables or fruit.  Eat it.  Fast food is poison.
2.  Pay attention to what time zone you’re in.  This can throw off your travel time and cause you to be late to load in.
3.  Pace yourself with booze or don’t drink any.  Post-show adrenaline keeps you from feeling the effects of alcohol.
4.  Wet wipes make for a great substitute for a shower when you don’t have one.
5.  Say “Please” and “Thank You” to the sound guy and other people working at the venue.  They appreciate it.
