I feel like everyone’s gotta Michael Jackson and so they should! So I gotta. The man needs no explanation, seeing MJ moonwalk right past you on stage would be crazyyyyyyyy!
Usher would be the next best. I remember as a young kid, 15 years ago! I was in Australia at the time – I visited a friend of mine and he asked me if I’d heard of Usher, I said no!? Man, he put the ‘truth tour’ DVD on! I flipped out, never seen somebody move like that. So for sure usher gotta be on the tour.
If we’re talking new school demographically I could definitely rock with 6lack or The Weeknd for sure. My favorite album ever is the trilogy from The Weeknd. Something about it. Shouts out illangelo, dope producer.
Last but not least! Mac Miller would be a huge one for me. In our teenage years, my brothers and I would always be out late getting up to no good. Just being kids really… The ‘watching movies with the sound off album’ was our soundtrack at the time. I still listen to it often. We were all going through some tough shit at the time too. It was actually the day of Mac Miller’s passing that I finally decided to start releasing my own music. That was the turning point for everything because he was only 26. I was 26 at the time, I remember first thinking how much of a shame it was that he passed… and SO young, he’d done so much with his life and he impacted me directly as a person. So I kinda decided, It’s time for me to do that now! And here we are! R.I.P. MAC!
