1. Save money by eating only nuts and drinking beer, these two things can keep you healthy for weeks at a time.

2. Don’t be a little bitch.

3. Buy a huge bag of socks at Walmart and throw the dirty ones away every day.

4. Drink beer in the van if you get stuck in traffic because you can always hop out to take a piss.

5. Become open with your band mates about your masturbation habits, it will be less awkward in the long run.
