In this Crazy Tour Stories segment, the rock band, Juice, talk about some of their crazy moments from touring. You can check out the feature, after the break.
We’ve been on tour for the past few months, and it’s been an incredible time. Mostly. Some of the guys seem to think that we’re haunted. In each of the cities we’ve visited, one band member or another has had a strange experience. During a stretch of the tour, we moved into an AirBnB in Boston. One November night, Dan our guitarist and Rami our bassist were visited by a dark figure with bloodshot eyes. Their descriptions of the figure were exactly the same.
In Nashville, our violinist Christian encountered a frail, dark-haired woman at a street corner. Her eyes were bloodshot. The woman reached out and touched Christian’s hand before raising her voice and screaming threats in a broken English that he didn’t recognize. The dialect, he said, seemed foreign and lost. That night Christian woke up paralyzed in his bed. He described an irrational certainty that he was going to be dragged away. He said that he heard roaring wind and murmurs outside of the AirBnB before he shouted and jolted into full consciousness.
A few nights ago, our singer Ben had a dream that he was being chased by the shadow of a frail woman. He desperately screamed for his bandmates, and his cries woke the management.
The following night, at the tail end of our Winter Tour, Rami awoke to the sounds of tribal drums and distant murmurs. A dark-haired woman stood above him. “There’s something behind you,” she whispered.
Anyway, peep our new single ‘Sugar.’ Please.
