Keep Warm - CRAZY TOUR STORIES

In this Crazy Tour Stories segment, the rock band, Keep Warm, shares one of their stories from being on the road. You can check out the story below:

In the summer of 2018, my band was offered a week residency at a camp in Northern Michigan and about a week before the gig, our drummer had to drop. Scrambling to make a decision to cancel or not, our bassist mentioned he had a friend in Tennessee that might be able to fill in. A week later, I met Rocco at our rehearsal space in Indiana.

Rocco’s first introduction to the band was learning 15 songs in 5 hours, which he did without a sweat.

We packed up our gear in the back of his mom’s van, and left for the week. I was worried that staying in a cabin together for a week might make us enemies, but I never thought we’d come out better friends than most. Since then we’ve toured the US & Canada playing churches, bars, and everything in between.

After the pandemic we wanted to start something new, something better. In 2023, we started Keep Warm, and soon after, brought our friend, Parker, into the mix. Our debut single "Power Wagon" is out now! Throw it on when you're doing something cool. -Kevin
