Kristofer Greczula – FIRST CONCERT EVER

Ever since I saw Michael Jackson performing on tv I’ve dreamt of performing in front of people. So one day after a few days of practice I invited the whole neighbourhood to come to our home. I made my own tickets where I promised homemade Swedish ”fika”. The day of the concert arrived and the doorbell rang, but what I forgot was to tell my parents, because I was just 5 years old.

I performed the whole History album by Michael Jackson back to back in a golden costume singing and dancing. The audience was cheering and the atmosphere was electric. I can still today remember that amazing feeling.

Performing live is today the essence of my artistry and career. I write my songs and create my sounds after how it will be performed live. What I love the most is to perform with my amazing band beside me. To me, the magic happens live, with an audience and I got to feel that performing in my parents living room at the age of 5. That’s something I’m really grateful for today.
