Twenty One Pilots
Our good friend Scott told us about TOP back in 2009 when they were touring in Japan and said they were going to be the biggest band in the world. We were skeptical at the time. But since then they have been growing on us song by song, with each getting catchier and more unique. As if their banging tunes are not enough, their live show, which we didn’t fully understand is perhaps the most entertaining two man live show we have ever seen. They are incredibly athletic on stage and treat their live show like a sport. They play their instruments with finesse and speak to the crowd with poise. For fans, they are a dream come true.
RHCP
It doesn’t take more than one listen through any of our songs to hear the very distinct influence these guys have had on us. As a 4 piece rock band, with funk and hip-hop as our main influences, this is kind of where it began for us. Scar Tissue the book is practically our bible and each member of that band is so incredibly talented. We really miss Frusciante but the new album was actually one of our favorites this year, Danger Mouse did work on that bad boy. It would be really sick to tour with them and just learn about what it was like coming up in the 90s.
Led Zeppelin
Classic rock legends. They loved to party and so do we. They were also one of our biggest musical inspirations when we first started playing. We continue to listen to their records as a reminder of how great rock n roll can be, it encourages us to continue pushing the bar higher. Also, Jimmy Page used to say, “Some nights we were the best band in the world, some nights we were the worst.” This would be awesome for us because maybe one night we would get to say we out played Led Zeppelin. THAT would be legendary.

Keep up with the band on Facebook!
