Our latest record is based on dreams. So we would love to dream about a tour that one day might just happen.
Our dream tour would be us with Circa Survive, Citizen, Pianos Become the Teeth, and A Lot Like Birds in the UK. These bands have heavily influenced us collectively and individually, musically and aesthetically.
Circa Survive has heavily inspired several of our members. From Anthony Green’s unique voice to Colin and Brendan’s unique guitar tones and effects. We’ve seen them live multiple times and each time it’s been a blast. From crowd interaction and response to the stage energy. Not only would we enjoy seeing a show every night but we also feel like we would mesh well with the Circa fellas and their fans.
Citizen is a band that just gets it. From aesthetic to vibe. They’ve done such a great job at staying relevant and unique but also very hip and with the times. They’ve helped inspire us to explore sound changes and different vibes for ourselves. We feel like touring with Citizen would fit our personal sound and flavor, as well as be an invaluable learning experience on evolving without compromising.
Pianos Become the Teeth is such a unique band. Listening to them is like an emotional rebirth through a river of ripple water shine. The intimacy and vulnerability at their shows are hardly rivaled. To be in a room with them is such an emotional experience. We feel like playing before them, in front of their fans would not only benefit us but would also help lead up to the emotional intimacy that is Pianos Become the Teeth.
A Lot Like Birds is insanity with melody and ridiculous grooves from Joseph Arrington, our collectively favorite drummer. This band has been a huge inspiration to our musicianship and songwriting as Franzino has written some of the most beautiful compositions we’ve ever listened to. Playing with them would absolutely give us the motivation to perform better and more intensely. We also feel that the subtle technicalities in our music would resonate well with their fans.
