Lostboycrow – TOUR TIPS

In this Tour Tips segment, the R&B artist, Lostboycrow, gives you his tips for being on tour. You can check out the feature, after the break.

1. Make sure your best friend is in the passenger seat driving late at night! We drove from Minneapolis to Montana straight through the night on the last tour with did with VERITE and politics and religion never fail to keep you on the straight and narrow.

2. John Mayer on repeat is key. In to Your Atmosphere. My band and I listen to “Continum” at least once a day. It’s an album that’s just complex enough for a musician to geek out on but still chill enough to relax to after the show.

3. Keep the drummer happy. I like to plump him up with rotisserie chicken and trail mix as often as possible. They’re the backbone of the band!

4. Remember to take it all in. Even the shitty driving through the night is going to be something you look back on, so enjoy it. Every low point is a story you’ll smile about later on, and every high is a mile marker on the road of life.

5. Oh, and don’t forget your neck pillow!
