Machine Gun Kelly opened his set with a small video showing him and his crew rolling up to the venue. Towards the end of it, MGK and everyone else came from behind the screen and broke into the song “Wild Boy”. This not only seemed to ignite a fire under the crowd and got them moving but came complete with MGK at the front, with a water gun squirting everyone. Throwing himself into the crowd, having people start a mosh pit, and literally every second of his time on stage was feeding off the energy from the fans. He kept the party going with his cover of “Sail”, “Swing Life Away”, and of course his originals “Til I die”, “Mind of a Stoner”, “Street Dreams”, “Ratchet”, and more. He also did his own version of Blink-182’s “I Miss You”. MGK is a great performer and his set is really something to see. He is a man of all sorts, playing the drums at one point and bringing out an acoustic guitar to play for everyone. You can tell he gives it his all and the fans love it. From first seeing him at Warped Tour in 2012 to now selling out his own headlining tours, MGK is definitely on the rise and there seems to be no stopping him so make sure you get a ticket to see his performance.
