Mark Diamond – DREAM TOUR

In this Dream Tour segment, the pop artist, Mark Diamond, lets you know who he would like on his ultimate tour lineup. You can check out the feature, after the break.

Its always been difficult for me to think of who I would fit in touring with. I would say that my dream tour for right now would be opening up for Mikky Ekko. His music has been a huge inspiration for me and listening to his songs just gets me pumped on being an artist.

I remember watching him in Seattle about a year and a half ago and that show changed my life a little bit. I don’t say that lightly. He was opening for Broods and he just killed it. One of the best live performances that I’ve ever seen. His stage presence was great and I hope to soon be at the level. Another great thing to note was that his drummer was amazing and you can tell he loved playing up there. Which always sets a whole tone for the band I believe.

Overall, my dream tour would probably consist of Mikky Ekko, Kevin Garret, and Coldplay. It would be great to get to know all of these people and watch them perform every night.

One of the best places I can picture touring would be Australia. I’ve always loved going there and I’ve always pictured playing in front of a crowd their same day. A couple years ago when I was there I walked past a venue and saw a huge line of people waiting to get in. I told myself that next time I came back there I would be there to perform.

Coincidentally, my new booking agency is based out of Australia so that dream could be just around the corner. I love seeing fans from Australia online, hopefully, we get to meet someday soon.
