1. I would say is make sure at least two members have a planet fitness membership so you all can get showers and massages after a long drive and sleeping in the van for a few days. Also, don’t stress the little things. It’s easy to get worried or frustrated when things change or something unexpected happens but the important thing is to love each other and be there TOGETHER no matter what to face that challenge as friends and as a team.
2. Headphones / earbuds. No matter what you do, DO NOT forget these things. They may be your friends, but you’re gonna wanna block them out at some point.
3. Be nice to and RESPECT your sound guy. They control your entire show and if they hate you so will the crowd.
4. Figure out gear sharing ahead of time. If you’re gonna be rolling with the same handful of bands definitely figure out the gear sharing situation before you get going. We’ve packed up drum sets and amps only to not need them toooo many times.
5. Deodorant.
