5 Steps on How to Have a FUN Show with The Montreals

In this segment, we’re gonna let you in on our hot tips on how to have a fun show, so you too can enjoy yourself! It only takes 5 easy steps!! (so easy, how good!)

Step 1:
Hang out with your best buddies (aka your band hehe), grab dinner together, preferably something quick and trash (i.e. Taco Bell)

Step 2:
Vibe out in the dressing room to some absolute bangers (At the moment it’s Justin Bieber’s new album, Rise Against, and Renforshort) this helps blood flow (I’m pretty sure)

Step 3:
You may need to go to the toilet a lot, plenty of nervous wees (it is what it is). Maybe count them? Or is that forgetting to sleep? ANYways.

Step 4:
Huddle up for a good old-fashioned pow wow, ask questions, and chat about it all like “how are you feeling?” “How cool is this”, “I love y’all”, “do you remember how to play this song? ?” All the good ones! Maybe even jump around like a giant pinwheel, it’s v fun, would recommend. Recently Stef has taken to yelling “Yeehaw” all the time, so you could also pretend you’re a cowboy! ?

Step 5:
Get out there and enjoy it! Take your time, don’t think about finishing the set, slow down, find your centre of gravity, and meet the room with your heart open and your friends by your side. Honestly, the world is your pinwheel you might as well spin in it.
