Movie Night - CRAZY TOUR STORIES

In this Crazy Tour Stories segment, the alternative band, Movie Night, shares one of their stories from being on the road. You can check out the story below:

Hey! Mike here. Usually, at some point during our live set, we pause so that each of us can toss a free band T-shirt out to the audience. We were doing a show in Ohio and our drummer Steve got a little too excited (it was a really high energy show) and not only tossed out his own allotted band T, but also the one Nick, our keys player, had planned to toss. Of course, once the free merch started flying the crowd was absolutely SCREAMING for more so Nick took one for the team. Removing the denim vest he was wearing onstage (he'd cut the sleeves off himself) he dutifully tossed it into the audience. Now, it's always fun giving the people what they want, but the regret on Nick's face as soon as the denim vest left his hand had Steve and me laughing our heads off onstage (this is all on video by the way). I don't think he's ever gonna get over voluntarily losing his best stage attire to a hungry crowd, even if it was for the good of the show.
