Being on a few tours now, I’ve definitely seen some crazy situations go down and also had a lot of good times. But, the craziest story I have from being on the road would have been when I was touring with Prada West for his “Down as Ground” Tour back in March of 2015. This was also the first tour I was on and it was also when my first project “Got Caught. Not guilty.” dropped.
So to start talking about my craziest story… Basically, we had just arrived in Edmonton, Alberta, and we had a show that night in DV8, which is a nightclub downtown Edmonton. We basically got to our hotels, moved our bags into our rooms and what not, then myself, Liam, Prada and Chelsie our tour manager went down to the lobby. When we got down there, Merkules was there with Stitches and they were checking into the same hotel we were, it turned out they had a show in Edmonton that night as well.
Basically, after our show, we were invited to check out the Stitches show that night so a couple of us went to check it out, which was a venue close to the hotel. After the show, Stitches had brought a lot of people back to the hotel to party and it was a gong show. People were getting hammered and yelling and screaming in the hallways, people were arguing and breaking bottles of doors and what not, and a couple guys started fighting. I can’t remember what floor we were on, but I’m gonna say the 10 or 11th floor, but basically one of the guys fighting was almost thrown out the window in the hallway and the window broke. All I basically remember is getting up in the morning to check out, and there was broken glass everywhere, the broken window was boarded up and the place looked like a tornado ran through it.
