1. Watch “This Is Spinal Tap” and study it thoroughly.
2. Never take your guitar anywhere unless you have AT LEAST two full sets of
strings in the case.
3. Be happy you’re playing.  Always remember your passion for your music.  A
bad day on the road, is still better than a good day in the office.
4. For shorter trips, three weeks or less, bring enough underwear and socks
so that you won’t have to wash it.  When it comes down to dinner or clean
underwear, I think we all know what wins.
5. Always be nice to the people you meet at your gigs.  They will be your
fans, they will tell their friends.
