The New Tarot – DREAM TOUR

In this Dream Tour segment, Monika Walker, of the indie rock band, The New Tarot, lets you know who they would like on their ultimate tour lineup. You can check out the feature, after the break.

It’s 2177. The team of global scientists aboard the spaceship Galactica have recently surpassed the previously mythicized speed of Time and have swung open the doors to inter-galactic space and time travel to our species. Karen and I are awoken from our cyro-sleep chambers just in time to greet the recently resurrected King Solomon. He’s doing a sick lute set for humanity’s inaugural celebration tour, marking our final acceptance and ascendance into the Federation of Planets.

It took a long time for the federation to accept our earthly peace treaties as legitimate and even longer to convince the global disarmament necessary for acceptance into the council. The celebratory tour will start aboard the newly completed intergalactic space station, then on to the Moon and Mars colonies, making our way along the asteroid colonies and finally on to alpha centauri.

The spirit of David Bowie, born again as an alien on Vega 7, and Prince, AKA the Alien formally represented as Prince, will be playing for Earth in the tour, despite their current ascended incarnations, according to the musical soul space-time code. The Biggie and Tupac holoPersons will be promoting their album together on the tour, along with Bjork and The Flaming Lips. For some reason Jimmy Page is MCing. Oh And Beethoven is playing his dubstep album.

I actually had this dream last night.
