In my dream tour, every gig will be announced on the day itself and only played at underground venues.

The ridiculously talented Ben Howard. Been a fan of his and this would be an amazing starting point. When we’re done with the show, I’ll help him pack up and we’ll hop onto the bus to go see this band Mystery Jets I heard about recently who have the most amazing melodic sensibilities, I’m sure Ben would agree.

Having watched the Mystery jets play and a few beers down with them backstage, we will learn that Radiohead and Muse are playing a surprise gig next door in someone’s basement. So, of course, we’ll get there before it gets impossible to get in. This is already turning out to be a night to remember, can it get better?

Yes.

I feel like hopping over to America and some of the members of the bands, and Ben, of course, feel the same. To pay for our trip we will form a super group and tour with Wilco and Dawes who’re playing surprise shows across the U.S. To end with, since this is a dream tour, after all, we’ll leave planet Earth for the great beyond to see Jeff Buckley playing a solo set in a reconstructed Sin-e cafe. Time has no meaning up there and we get to know that in fact our jet crashed at some point on our American tour and we’re living a dream afterlife and are now legends and immortalized down on planet Earth.
