If I could put together my dream tour lineup, it would have to include Pink Floyd and Flume. Not only are they my favorite artists in their respective genres, but they also represent the apex of creativity within those genres. They pushed the boundaries of what anyone would ever expect to come out of a pair of speakers.

Experiencing the juxtaposition of the distinctly separate musical generations they encompass would be unreal, both on stage and off. And just imagine what would be going on in the crowd at that show.

An artist’s work feeds directly from their external environment, and I would kill to be cooped up with these artists. While writing music, you inevitably channel real world experiences. One of the most satisfying parts of this process, for me, is looking back to realize that a song I wrote expresses an emotion I didn’t even realize I had. I can’t begin to imagine the influence that a tour like this would have on me, both during and after.
