Our Theory – PRESHOW RITUALS

In this Preshow Rituals segment, the French post-hardcore band, Our Theory, share what they do before every show. You can check out their rituals, after the break.

Everyone deals with pre-show his own way, we don’t have a particular thing we do. We all gather in the dressing room before going on stage. We check our instruments a thousand times, we look at the strings the batteries, the computer that we used for some of the backing tracks… Mehdi likes to isolate himself to empty his head and get to concentrate, sometimes we listen to the songs or have a few shots of Jaeger to lower the pressure. We also do some stretchings and Mehdi and Alex does their vocal warm up to get ready.
