So many musicians have impacted me and if I was to write a full list out we would probably be here for hours but if I had to choose my absolute dream tour line up would be Queen, Christina Aguilera, Whitney Houston, Ariana Grande, and Kiarrah. My first memory of being introduced to music was with Queen and in particular Bohemian Rhapsody. I remember my Mum asked me to sing the start of the song in front of a group of her friends when I was maybe 5 or 6 – I didn’t realize I could sing in an impressive way for a 5-year-old but I quickly realized that there must have been something kind of impressive about it by their reactions to my voice. This honestly set me down the path of wanting to pursue music, so I feel I owe a great deal to Queen in a way!

Christina Aguilera and Whitney Houston were both great influences on me. I remember always being so in awe at how they could have so much power and passion in their voices yet they did it with such ease. I used to spend almost every school night listening to them in my computer room, belting out and trying to master Hurt and I Have Nothing with my headphones in, probably to the great dismay of my family haha.
Ariana Grande would be my headlining act. She is my absolute idol. Her voice is truly the voice of this generation IMO. When she first released ‘The Way’ in 2013 I instantly was drawn to her and she has by far continually had the greatest impact on me musically.

Sometime last year I came across a Canadian singer called Kiarrah (or formerly Kiki Ireland) on Spotify, by accident really. I honestly think my jaw dropped when I pressed play and heard her voice for the first time. Hearing her gave me the same feeling I got when I first heard Ariana – complete admiration. I am so, so inspired by her music. I love not only her incredible voice but also the ways she crafts her lyrics and melodies so elegantly.
