Saints of Valory – TOUR PRANKS

In this Tour Pranks segment, the alternative rock band, Saints of Valory, share some pranks that have happened on tour. You can check out the feature, after the break.

We had just finished the last show of a 4-week tour with Phillip Phillips and were in our green room when all of a sudden, three pretty large security bouncers walked in and surrounded our drummer Chris. They began asking him if he had ever played a specific venue in San Fransisco. When he replied yes they angrily got in his face and repeatedly said, “well you know what you did!”, our drummer’s face went pale, and at that point, we knew it was about to go down. They said “let’s take this outside!”, at that point members of our band began stepping in to break it up. The bouncers told us, “this doesn’t concern you but if you want to step outside too, let’s go”. Things escalated very quickly, yelling and all that. Right, when it looked like a brawl was about to erupt…Phillip rushed into the room to tell us it was just a prank! Our drummer was in on it and they pulled it off perfectly. We all laughed pretty hard.
