Skid Row – TOUR TIPS

This set of Tour Tips was written by the bassist, Rachel Bolan, of multi-platinum selling heavy metal band, Skid Row. You can check out his tips for being on the road, after the break.

1. If you’re out for a month, pack for a week. You’ll wear the same clothes every day anyway. Except socks.

2. Pack lots of socks.

3. Subway is the lesser of all fast food evils.

4. Write your initials on your water bottle.

5. There is little to no privacy on a tour bus. Don’t baby talk with your girlfriend/boyfriend. It’s annoying.

BONUS TIP: When whipping a “Bag of Shame” out the bus window, make sure there are no fans in striking range. It’s unpleasant for all involved.
