Well, it’s the last day of the tour. And I find myself reflecting on all that happened in the past couple weeks. It went by so fast! Huge thanks goes out to Before You Exit for inviting me on the tour! Shout out to Plug In Stereo and Macy Kate too. It’s been fun guys!
Hard to believe that we got so much done in such a short time. 14 days, 4000 miles, 12 cities, 42 meals, 11 concerts, 2 tour videos, 2 photo shoots, 1 music video, a bunch of new friends and a ton of new fans!
I have met so many awesome people along the way! From the other bands to all of the sweet fans, everyone has been so great! My own band and crew have been so much fun to hang with — some pretty hilarious conversations! We tried to stay in the coolest part of every town so we could get a sense for the local flavor. We have stayed in so many hotels I couldn’t remember my room number from one place to the next!
Really loved eating at a bunch of hole-in-the-wall places to explore the local specialties. But most of all – I can’t believe how supportive the fans have been! They have made me feel so welcome when I’m 500 miles from home! Every night I’m vibing off the fan reaction when I perform. Amazing thing is — that there are fans who saw me for the first time in the first city on the tour and they have been following me to nearly EVERY other show on the tour! Mind blowing!
It’s crazy to think that I get to do this as a job! Lucky enough to get to do what I love.
Life is GOOD.
Now, a few weeks later its drawing to the end. I’m not gonna lie, I really want to keep traveling and performing. It’s honestly the best thing that’s ever happened to me, and I can’t express my gratitude to the Before You Exit guys enough!
