Taddy Porter – TOUR TIPS (Part 1 of 2)

Rock band, Taddy Porter, have written a set of awesome Tour Tips that you guys can learn from. You can check out part 1 of 2 after the break.

1. Shower whenever you can.
2. Bring an MP3 player and headphones.  (sometimes it’s the only way to sleep if you’re sharing a room with a guy who snores)
3. Keep a journal or take a lot of pictures or both.  A lot of stuff’s going to happen that you may or may not remember.
4. Make a joke out of most situations. You’re going to have to kill a lot of time and it helps to keep your sanity. (*Disclaimer- make sure you’re not totally pissing off another member)
5. On bad days, I like to pretend that I used to be a 60-year-old man working in an office all my life, and one day a genie appeared and granted me one wish, and I wished to be in a rock band touring around the country in a van.
